I am inspired by her passion and dedication

Mariella has been my teacher for little under a year now. I was a complete newbie to Pilates and Body Balance when I met her, but had previously dabbled with Mindfulness. Mariella is such a warm person which makes classes accessible to all. I am inspired by her passion and dedication to physical and mental wellbeing. With her guidance I have found Balance, Pilates and mindfulness have helped me to gain flexibility, physical strength and mental and emotional resilience. I would highly recommend her classes/services to anyone who is looking to find and be the best version of themselves.
