I contacted Mariella as the Covid lockdown was starting to ease and when I was feeling particularly in need of help, having spent many days working from home, not sitting overly comfortably! We initially had a very helpful Zoom chat discussing goals, options and my health and fitness history.
Following that, Mariella sent me a range of options for exercise classes and I selected a series of 1-2-2 sessions having encouraged a friend to join me. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekly classes. Mariella tailored the sessions mindful of our various injury issues but also ensuring that the classes were challenging, as well as great fun. She’s an excellent motivator, always professional and was flexible over times and locations as well. Highly recommended!
