I’ve been doing Body Balance with Mariella since 2018

I’ve been doing Body Balance with Mariella since 2018. When I found out I was pregnant I was worried about how I would tell an instructor I’m pregnant without the whole class knowing with obvious adaptations to the exercises. I knew Mariella would be supportive and subtly show me adaptations until I was ready for the class to know. Mariella always made me feel comfortable and never made my pregnancy seem like an issue with her excellent teaching and support I continued taking part in Body Balance throughout my whole pregnancy until the week before I gave birth. I cannot wait to get back to Body Balance and know Mariella will again support me through my return. Mariella is a fantastic instructor and I couldn’t recommend her classes more.
