This mixed ability Pilates class aims to strengthen the body with particular emphasis on developing core strength, stability and helping to improve general fitness and wellbeing. This low-impact class stretches and strengthens the body through a series of Pilates exercises helping to develop muscle tone, improve mobility, flexibility, balance and coordination. This class is also ideal for anyone who is looking to reduce back pain, aid injury and improve their posture. Exercises are coached and delivered in a precise and controlled manner and this helps you to get the most out of a class. Leave feeling balanced and calm.
