Choose from a range of classes across East Hertfordshire, including Les Mills BODYBALANCE™, Pilates and a 6 week ‘Stretch and Strengthen’ programme (see timetable below). Classes are mixed ability and suitable for all levels. For a more tailored approach I offer small group programmes, one-to-one options, as well as corporate packages promoting wellbeing in the works place. Which class is right for me?
Pilates is one of the most popular and effective forms of exercise for those looking to improve musculoskeletal health and function. It’s also perfectly suited for those looking to enhance flexibility and deal with certain aspects of injury rehabilitation. Exercises are coached and delivered in a precise and controlled manner and this helps you to get the most out of a class.
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength and alignment and helps to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

STRETCH AND STRENGTH
This 6 week low impact fitness programme is designed to stretch and strengthen the body and mind through a series of classic Pilates movements that work to build core strength, improve mobility and flexibility and leave you feeling inspired, empowered and calm. Ideal for anyone looking to create more strength and balance in the body and mind it combines Yoga style stretching to improve flexibility. The class also focuses on using effective breathing techniques throughout to help you to improve your overall welbeing. Classes may incorporate the use of small mat based equipment to enhance the workout and create new challenges for the body.
FLEX AND FLOW
This 6 week holistic programme is designed to work the body and mind through a series of Yoga inspired movements. It combines a mix of gentle yoga flow with some dynamic challenges to strengthen the body and finishes with a mindful guided relaxation to balance the mind. It is ideal for anyone looking to build overall strength and conditioning as well as improve mobility and flexibility. This uplifting class will leave you feeling calm, energised and grounded.
LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind and body.
During BODYBALANCE™ an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and options will always be provided for those who are just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
